Rich is a graduate of Western New Mexico
University with a BS Degree in Business & Economics. Rich has over 30
years experience in sales management, marketing, distribution, and
manufacturing, catering to the construction, industrial, and consumer
markets. Some of his clients were Koehring Corp., Werner Ladder,
Chamberlain Manufacturing, and Badger Dynamics. He is also a Founder and past
President of Ladders Unlimited & Supply in Cleveland, Ohio. During Rich's
tenure, he has successfully placed quality candidates in Sales, Marketing,
Management and manufacturing in the Paint Sundry and Building Materials
Industry. Richard is determined and dedicated to bring the highest
quality of service, integrity, honesty to both his clients and his

President of Tools, Hardware & Allied Lines. His business
encompasses the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
